I made this blog because I was swindled here in Luxor Egypt the level of corruption here in the courts made it almost impossible to get my money or my home back.
twelve months ago I went again to see the Grand mufti of Egypt my first meeting with him and his elder brother Sheik Mohamed Tyeb 38 months ago when the swindle was first reported to the police , then I was told to go the sheik whose home is in a village near here called El Ghurna,
the swindler on that first of meetings was going to give back my money in instalments of six thousand sterling every six months?? what happened,
Even though the grand mufti told me and my wife;
I am the rule here what I say goes if you lose you walk away. if you win I am Guarantor of your money refund. but two days after the deal the swindler and his father turned away from the sheik, told lies and what became the normal here in Egypt, And the Sheihk said I had to leave it in the court here, things got really bad in the case the swindlers lawyer used my money to bribe judges etc, I had 2 two, two week jail sentences. both the lawyer and The swindler where putting false claims of assault in to the police and court ,
easily done here its when the victim becomes the asailant, the swindler and pal get some one to beat them up. go to hospital for injury reports. then go and make claims against the victim.
why would they do that, simple Jail here is not nice I would be an infidel amongst the murderers and thieves of Egypt, so they the Judges and the swindlers. hope I leave Egypt by the back door, all the problems are solved, because I could never return here to Egypt to claim my rights, and once they got an assault charge all they had to do is put more claims in against me.
All they have to say now is!! I am afraid of this agressive man look he already has Jail here.
this beating ploy is not uncommon here and its usually a cop who gets to beat up a guy just for a bit of pocket money.
so one month ago the sheihk again called the swindler to court where he was ordered to pay forty thousand sterling back at 2o thousand every six months, the swindler begged the sheihk to drop it down to 15 thousand on the second and other installments.
no one asked me the victim what I wanted, personally I had enough of all the hassle just because I helped a family get a better life, 7 years ago, all I wanted was some peace in my retirement years. I had been beaten up 3 times, my wife was beaten up and the swindlers father got a months Jail I got 2 weeks jail for protecting my Wfe, , and that about sums up justice in this luxor court.
so Here I was having to go back to the sheihks court the next night with my lawyer to put on paper as I was told the sheihk court findings, then I had a problem my lawyer was out of town. and asked if I could get another lawyer to go with me to sign tje papers.
you will need a lawyer and translator I was told by some guy running the proceeds for the sheihk,
I found a lawyer through my translator, mr Moshin, whome I was told can speak very good English he also has a vehicle to get to the Sheihks court and he is like a fox will read everything before you sign, on this lawyers arrival I find he could not speak english only monatory. had that down to a fine art but he was a coptic. so a little trust was to be looked for. with two hours to spare the guy went off , emat the translator said prayer time for the Sheihk is 9.30 no point going early, at nine o clock we met again and had to get a taxi this Moshin had no vehicle never had one either, the fox turned out to be a snake, and a pal of the swindlers lawyer, and no doubt a few calls were made as to selling me out. do not let it look to obviouse, we shall drop the deal 20 thousand then you fight to get 30, he was also told that the swindler and father had made more assault claims against me that will carry a 3 year jail sentence, or it will take another 20 years in this luxor court, make it bad for you said my translator. so now blackmail was the order of the day,
on arrival at the court first I greeted the Sheihk and he was busy with people who had come to visit the now new head of Islam for all of Egypt, then I greeted the Elder brother Sheihk Mohamed who had been given the task of finishing my problem. he in turn called on Sheihk Abru Nassar. and here is where the deal takes on another shape. not for me but for the swindler . and I had to take down all the charges set against the swindler his imidiate family and Mustafa the family lawer, I then called my wife in england reluctantly we agreed to the charges being dropped against the father on her getting beat up with a stave, setting fire to the hotel to get us out, I had to drop all charges against the Lawyer, on the assault charge, where I got two weeks jail refered to appeal, plus the initial charge of he and the swindler in collusion falsely took my money by making an arabic rent contract and charging 500 for a translation.
and I had to drop the forgery of said english contract, made and brought to luxor court first hearing, twelve months after the initial charge , once we agreed with the guy Alaa. we was told the papers will be pulled out of luxor court the Monday thats in two days time meet us at the court office at 10.00. no one turned up. we phoned Abru nasser, and was duly told the lawyer was in Cairo and would be back in 10 days, ???????
Why was Mustafa in Cairo/ well he is a lawyer who is not very fast in the head,
after he made all these deals to let him off the hook, he had forgot one important thing,
The day the arabic papers where signed in 2006. he made himself my power of attourney,
under the pretence these are contract for selling alcohol in my new restaurant, these papers I had been waiting for almost 18 months. and was only to pleased to sign on the order , trust me I am your lawyer, with this signed paper as my lawyer he went and got the Arabic rent contract signed by a judge, whoever this judge is has his signature on my Lease contract.
when I accused The lawyer and the swindler 6 months later. I had to make my new lawyer power of attourney, but mustafa refused to release the contract and dissapeared for 7 weeks . until his uncle Hassan Athea ( now deceased) hid the papers, and now he finds he has to release the papers in order to continue with the dropping of the charges,
While mustafa was in Cairo , the judge head of prosecution , called me to his office,where Ahmed, he is rather a tall guy quite pleasant in manner and speaks very good english, I needed
to get a doctors report on loss of hearing and a few ailments after the beating on 16.6.2010.
by the the family and the swindler in what was then my home, after several visits to the international hospital in luxor. I was told no doctor here to help you have to go to Asuet hospital. then came the real reason why I was called into the generals office.
everything here is two faced. if its a smile there are problems brewing, if its a stern face they do not know what to say,

mustafa went to Cairo to see the once head of prosecution in Luxor court , judge Shaddy
he on my first court after I made the statements on the swindle, was the judge I asked! did you enjoy the meal in my home? never been to your hotel he said, . he was one of the six judges Mustafa brought to my hotel for a meal . 3 weeks before the papers where drawn up.
after the meal Mustafa said they like your place no problems now getting the hotel papers.
( all in the overall plan so was the robbing of my things from my room)
but Shaddy said to my lawyer I do not like this man. and thats when my case took a bad turn.
0ne year later Shaddy put in for the job of head of prosecution here in Luxor, but all of a sudden decides to move to Cairo. and since mustafa came back one week ago I find now the prosecution want me out of Egypt, and another why?

Mustafa has left egg on the judges faces, after all the bribery, and hiding of papers 5 in all.
several visits to the forgery office in Quna, this infidel Mr Tony has brought shame on the court,
Mustafa is a brother so they will not blame him after all they have spent 3 years protecting the brother mustafa, now the Highest Man of Islam has passed sentence against a brother. NOW I hear the war cry ! get the man out of Egypt, before he brings shame on the court.
and now I find the court of the Sheik, alaa and abru naser, and a few others are protecting mr swindler and his forger swindler lawyer, I have a feeling the Two Sheihks know nothing of what this court has done,
I" because the sheiks where too busy did not complain back to them on the night of the deals,
and I just wanted an end to 3 years of battles and bruises. My mind and body has had enough of the corruption. one man cannot fight a whole nation, especially when he is in a foreign country and not native spoken. I only found out about the last deal after I got back to my home,
do not like it Mr tony is what my lawyer said. its OK I said at least I won and I get my money back,, but why you sign the papers,??? to get my possessions ond the 25 thousand,
you have signed your rights away, What said, now if you say one word against the swindler or mention the hotel. he will not have to pay you. so you see the court has made it quite clear they are on the swindlers side, not yours as the sheik said, they even made deals after the signatures to take the cases down, in the Luxor Court 15 days after the day I was supposed to.
We waited in court on the Monday 4 hours before phoning abru nasser, he phoned The family and the swindler said he waited in court and I did not come, right to the end this guy is a snake and a liar.
I will be putting the rest of the swindle story on here once I have changed the names and the name of the hotel. not allowed to say anything about the awindler or mention the hotel name. all in the deal this court of Tayeb made on behalf of the brother, even they disobeyed the grand Mufti . the sheik made the deal of 40 not 30 thousand sterling,
how I got caught up in the swindle in the first place to being Set fire to too get me out, 3 assaults two arrests, 560 hours either in police custody or the courts.
being threatened in my new flats and having to move to more corrupt relatives of the swindler, and finding out how Mustafa knew about things before hand,
but as the sheik Mohamed tayeb said take the deal Mr Tony you will get nothing in the Luxor court.
